This poster will include the Minimum Wage, Paid Sick Leave and has been updated to include the new Fair Chance Ordinance Notice
Every Employer shall post in a conspicuous place at any workplace or job site where any Employee works, the notice published each year by the Division informing Employees of the current minimum wage rate and of their rights under this article. Every Employer shall post notices in English, Spanish, Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), Hindi, Vietnamese, Tagalog, Korean, Japanese, Thai, Armenian, Russian and Farsi, and any other language spoken by at least five percent of the Employees at the workplace or job site. Every Employer also shall provide each Employee at the time of hire, the Employer's name, address, and telephone number in writing.
Other languages can be obtained from the city of Los Angeles.
