State labor law posters are individual posters for each state’s specific labor laws and regulations, intended to be displayed alongside federal labor law posters. Since each U.S. state can have its own unique labor requirements that may differ from federal laws, employers are required to post these state-specific notices in addition to federal posters to comply with both levels of regulation.
Despite the popularity of the State and Federal Combination Poster, the demand for separate State-Only and Federal-Only labor law posters prompted the All In One Poster Company to add these compliance plans as an alternative to Combination Posters. Signing up for our State Poster Plan means that your team will receive a slew of state employment regulations for 1, 2, or 3 years straight. That means you won’t need to keep up with every change to your state’s regulations – leave that to us!
The State Only Poster is available in all States including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. The Federal Only Poster includes the 6 primary Federal required notices for general businesses. Posters are printed on recycled paper, using high-quality ink, and are laminated on both sides.
Enrollment in our Compliance Program/Subscription Plan functions like insurance for the poster. We cannot guarantee that mandatory changes will occur within the duration of the coverage, but the plan does guarantee that you will receive BRAND NEW updated posters when mandatory labor law updates are released, regardless of how often they occur. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase.
The pricing you see is for one (1) poster + compliance program only. The pricing is already inclusive of the initial poster. There is no need to purchase a separate stand-alone poster. Some businesses require both English and Spanish versions, which must be purchased separately.
Replacement posters are automatically sent to the address on the original order. It is solely the customer's responsibility to notify us immediately via email or over the phone if your address has been updated or if your business has relocated. Reshipping cost will be applicable if the shipment is returned.
