Thank you for choosing All In One Posters to assist you in your compliance needs. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority and we can assure our clients of the quality, accuracy and affordability of all the posters we sell.
However, in the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged and in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase. To prevent delays or denial, customers shall contact All in One Poster Company for approval, which will allow us to notate your account of the expected return.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unless All in One Posters is found to be at fault, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping the products back. DO NOT refuse or perform a "return to sender" request to the carrier. This will result in unnecessary fees that will be the responsibility of the customer.
Due to its very nature, 1, 2, and 3 year subscription compliance programs, customized posters and E-Posters are excluded from returns, refunds, and exchanges.
TRANSIT TIMES AND SHIPPING FEES
All in One Poster Company charges true to cost shipping rates in order to keep poster pricing low.
Address and Recipient Accuracy needs to be given top priority. Please be advised that FedEx charges a $12.50 address correction and additional handling fee for reasons including being provided an old, inactive, or simply incorrect address, or for data entry errors such as a missing suite/space/unit number, incorrect zip code, missing or incorrect parts of the address (such as putting BLVD instead of AVE), or anything else that causes FedEx to perform additional work to make a correction and properly deliver the package. FedEx may also charge the same fee if a package is refused by the recipient, or if recipient requests the package to be returned to sender. Fees resulting from reasons above or for any reason in which All in One Poster Company is not at fault, are the responsibility of the customer. Looking out for our customers' best interest, All in One Poster Company has installed an address verification system to minimize such cases to help our customers avoid such unnecessary fees that are simply the result of typographical errors, although it can not guarantee total prevention. All in One Posters may send you an email to ask for confirmation when an addressed entered does not pass the verification system.
Transit times range from 1 to 7 business days depending on distance from Southern California. Transit times should NOT take longer than 7 business days.
If you do not receive your package after 7 business days, please contact us immediately in order that we may resolve the issue within the timeframe allowed by our shipping carriers. We ask that customers contact us within 14 days from the time of shipment if their package has not yet arrived, or has arrived damaged. We are strictly not responsible for shouldering any replacement or reshipment costs after 21 days.
1, 2, or 3-year compliance programs are only charged shipping once, at the beginning of the plan. Regardless of how often we ship new posters because of a required and mandatory labor law update, customers are not charged any additional shipping charges unless it's for a reason other than a required or mandatory update. Reasons that All in One Posters will charge additional shipping fees include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Recipient losing or destroying a poster, and a replacement is needed.
- Recipient refuses a package thus package is returned to All in One Posters
- Customer does not inform All in One Posters of correct, revised, or updated address and package needs to be forwarded or reshipped to the correct address.
- Customer fails to notify All in One Posters within 21 days from the time of shipment that they never received their package.
- Any other reason at which All in One Poster Company is not at fault.
FedEx rates above apply ONLY to the contiguous 48 states. FedEx rates for ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO are higher than normal shipping rates published on the table above. As an alternative, USPS shipping is available.
