All In One Poster Company’s federal contractor compliance programs is a highly convenient and cost-effective way for contractors to ensure they remain in compliance with federal, state, and local labor law posting requirements. This 2 part-poster panel was created especially for businesses classified as Federal Contractors/Sub-contractors or Federal Defense Contractors/Sub-contractors to fulfill compliance requirements for both the State and Federal laws.
Federal contractors and subcontractors have unique compliance postings to ensure that employees working there are aware of their rights under specific federal laws and regulations. In addition to federal contractor minimum wage posters and paid sick leave posters, federal workers have additional rights. The Employee Rights Under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA) and Worker Rights Under Executive Order 13496 include specific protections for workers under federal labor laws.
During the entirety of the Compliance Program, Federal Contractors/Sub-contractors enrolled in this service will automatically receive replacement posters for either the State panel and or the Federal Contractor panel.
Enrollment in our Compliance Program works like insurance. It is a prepaid plan. Although we can not guarantee that mandatory changes will occur within the duration of the enrollment period, the plan does guarantee that you receive BRAND NEW replacement posters (not a sticker, or printout, or email) when they do occur, regardless of how often they occur. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 30 days of purchase.
Pricing you see is for one (1) set of posters only (1 state and 1 federal) inclusive of the compliance program. The pricing is already inclusive of the initial poster. There is no need to purchase a separate standalone poster set. If you require a Spanish set, you will need to purchase that separately.
