All In One Posters created Electronic Posters as a solution primarily for remote employees who do not have daily access to physical posters. It is also used as an alternative to our all-in-one laminated posters when there simply is no wall space. The single PDF file can be printed using a regular desktop printer for your convenience. 

To supplement traditional labor law poster, this document can be uploaded to relevant workstations throughout the business facility, or to a shared internal site, for easy access. However, because legislation still requires for physical posters especially because not all employees have regular and constant computer access, we strongly advise that this format be used in conjunction with the physical poster to fulfill posting requirements.

The Electronic Poster Package is available in various versions below. Upon processing of your order, these are sent directly to the email on file. 

Note: Our Electronic Posters (E-Posters) are individual representations of all the general State and Federal required notices. It is designed to either be available on a shared network so employees have access to the notices collectively, or to be printed out as-is for immediate need. It is NOT the PDF file of our actual All In One Combination Poster. To ensure proper compliance and to prevent legal action from improper manipulation, these PDF files are LOCKED from further editing and formatting, with the exception of certain "blanks" that can be filled out directly on a computer. For purchase of 3 or more electronic posters, a link will be provided to access and download the PDF files. The link will only be available for 30 days. Customers are responsible to keep a copy of the electronic poster and All in One Poster Company will not resend the files after 30 days from purchase.
