However, in the unlikely event that a return is requested, returns must include all original items undamaged and in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred when shipping the products back. Customers also have 30 days to inform us if their order was not received. This will allow us to file a claim and follow up with your shipping provider and make the necessary steps to ensure that your order is received.
Due to its very nature, custom posters and E-Posters are excluded.
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of the addresses they provide. All in One Posters will not be held liable for any returned or forwarded package, failed deliveries, and automatic address corrections, as well as any fee or cost associated with these that is a result of an incorrect address. As of January 1, 2019, FedEx increased their Additional Handling Fee to $16 for any refusal, forwarding, return, or address correction even as small as a zip code being 1-digit off.
Cut off time for FedEx Express (Overnight /2Day / 3Day Saver) orders is 12:00 PM PST.
FedEx rates above apply ONLY to the contiguous 48 states. FedEx rates for ALASKA, HAWAII, and PUERTO RICO are higher than normal shipping rates published on the table above. As an alternative, USPS shipping is available.
