Federal H-2B

The H-2BA nonimmigrant worker visa program enables non-agricultural employers in the United States to employ foreign workers on a temporary basis to perform non-agricultural labor or services.
The Federal H-2B is a required poster for all employers engaged in the program. It must be displayed at all times, where employees regularly congregate.
