2022 Electronic Poster Plans
Our Compliance Program was developed to cater to time-constrained Human Resource professionals interested in hassle-free compliance good for one, two, or three years. During the entirety of the compliance plan, companies and individuals will automatically receive an all-inclusive updated Electronic Poster (PDF FILE) when a mandatory change occurs in either the State or Federal laws.
Our Electronic Posters were developed with remote employees in mind, as well as mobile workplaces with no wall space. The PDF file can be sent to individual employees who work on-the-go or out of their homes. It can also be printed and placed in a binder that will be kept in plain sight, readily accessible, for employees at workplaces where there is absolutely no wall space (kiosk at the mall, or a construction site).
Note: Our Electronic Posters (E-Posters) are individual representations of all the State and Federal required notices. It is designed to either be uploaded into a shared network so employees have access to the notices collectively, or to be printed out as-is for immediate need. It is NOT the PDF file of our actual All In One Combination Poster. To ensure proper compliance with size requirements, and to prevent legal action from improper size and content manipulation, these PDF files are LOCKED from further editing and formatting, with the exception of certain “blanks” that can be filled out directly on a computer such as emergency phone numbers, or workers comp information. For purchase of 3 or more electronic posters, a link will be provided to access and download the PDF files. The link will only be available for 30 days. Customers are responsible to keep a copy of the electronic poster and All in One Poster Company will not resend the files after 30 days from purchase.
