  • Poster Update Log: Rhode Island Poster

What Changed

Rhode Island has implemented a new labor law requiring certain employers to display a poster detailing veterans' benefits and services. The final notice, issued in late February 2025, took effect on January 1, 2025. Under this law, all employers in the state with more than 50 full-time equivalent employees are mandated to display this poster in a conspicuous workplace location accessible to employees.

The Rhode Island Department of Labor and Training, in consultation with the Office of Veterans Services, has created and distributed this poster. It includes information on services such as substance abuse and mental health treatment, educational resources, tax benefits, and contact details for relevant agencies.

Where can I find more information?

This mandate effects all posters for this specific state, requiring them to be REPLACED. Our All In One Poster keeps you compliant with one simple laid out poster.
