Poster Update Log: Nevada & Federal Poster
Overview
The Nevada Department of Business and Industry, Office of the Labor Commissioner, has issued updated Minimum Wage and Daily Overtime bulletins for 2026. These notices are mandatory for Nevada employers and go into effect July 1, 2026.
What Changed
Nevada has released its annual Minimum Wage Bulletin and Daily Overtime Bulletin, both posted the last week of June. These updated bulletins reflect the state's current minimum wage rate and daily overtime requirements following the elimination of the two tier minimum wage system, as established under Ballot Question 2.
Key Details Included in the Notice
The updated Nevada Minimum Wage Bulletin confirms the applicable statewide minimum wage rate, which applies to all employees regardless of employer provided health benefits.
The updated Nevada Daily Overtime Bulletin confirms that employees earning less than 1.5 times the applicable minimum wage rate are entitled to overtime pay at 1.5 times their regular rate for any hours worked over 8 in a 24 hour period, or over 40 in a work week.
Both bulletins are available in English and Spanish.
