Affordable Care Act Notice

According to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), companies covered by the
federal Fair Labor Standards Act should provide a written notice to all current
employees about a Health Insurance Exchange. With respect to
new employees, employers are required to provide the notice to each new employee
at the time of hiring.
