- Supplemental Minimum Wage poster: Required for fast food restaurant employees covered by AB 1228, who must be paid at least $20 per hour as of April 1.
- Pregnant Workers Fairness Act: Federal law updated in July requiring "reasonable accommodations" to qualified workers.
- Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act (VESSA): Illinois law updated in Aug expanding leave reasons related to violence.
