Nail Salon Workers Rights Poster

Nail salons are mostly small businesses that employ or contract with trained professionals to provide clients with nail services including, but not limited to, nail filing and polishing, artificial nail application, and other hand- and foot-care treatments.

Workers at nail salons and nail spas have rights to both a proper living wage, and a safe workplace too. The law requires employers to provide their employees with safe and healthful workplaces, and to provide pay that is within the legal requirements of the wage and hour statutes.
