[Update - April 17, 2012] NLRA is being postponed temporarily by DC Circuit Court of Appeals until all legal questions are answered.

[2012 Requirement] Final rule has been released by the NLRB requiring the private sector to post a new version of the National Labor Relations Act poster effective April 30, 2012.
 
[Previous 2010 Federal Contractor requirement] Executive Order 13496: Notification of Employee Rights Under Federal Labor Laws -Mandated by the Office of Labor-Management Standards (OLMS), all Federal contractors and subcontractors are required to inform employees of their rights under the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA).
