IWC # 14: AGRICULTURAL OCCUPATIONS
As a California employer, it is mandatory to post the Industrial Welfare Commission Wage Order applicable to your business.
An occupation order that primarily is concerned with fieldwork such as maintenance involved in the farm; sowing, planting, and caring of agricultural or horticultural commodities; harvesting; assembly and storage for agricultural commodities; raising, feeding and management of livestock; conservation, improvement or maintenance of the farm and its tools and equipment.
