FMLA MILITARY FAMILY LEAVE INSERT
Effective January 28, 2008, the Military Family Leave Notice is a supplementary insert that reflects the amendments made to provide eligible employees working for covered employers (companies with 50+ employees, public agencies, and for both public and private elementary and secondary schools) two important leave rights related to military service.
