FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT (FLSA) MINIMUM WAGE POSTER (Effective July 24, 2007)
Every employer subject to the Fair Labor Standards Act's minimum wage provision must post, and keep posted, a notice explaining the Act in a conspicuous place in all of their establishments frequented by employees. The contents of the notice is prescribed by the Wage and Hour Division of the Department of Labor.
Federal Minimum Wage Rates:
- $5.85/hr beginning 7/24/2007
- $6.55/hr beginning 7/24/2008
- $7.25/hr beginning 7/24/2009
