E-Verify Poster and Right To Work

The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services require all participants of the program to post the E-Verify and the Right to Work notices in an area frequented by their employees as well as areas accessible to any potential job applicant (basically the general public). A common place to hang this poster is upon entering the building or workplace. Certain states require all employers to be enrolled in this program, while others require only those who hold state or local government contracts to enroll. For the rest of the states, the E-Verify remains optional. However, all employers who hold federal contracts are also required to have this notice.
