Seattle Scheduling Ordinance

Seattle Secure Scheduling is required for hourly employees who work at large food services and retail establishments within Seattle city limits (SMC 14.22).
The law applies to:
Retail and food service establishments with 500+ employees worldwide; and Full service restaurants with 500+ employees and 40+ full-service restaurant locations worldwide.
